As a result of collective efforts coordinated by Good Neighbours International Uganda, the Jinja District Local Government Action Plan to End Child Marriage and Early Pregnancy 2024/2025-2026/2027 has been developed in line with the National Strategy to End Child Marriage and Teenage Pregnancy (NSCM&TP) by 2027. It is believed that the action plan will significantly contribute to the continued reduction of these critical social and public health issues for adolescents in Uganda, particularly in Jinja District.
